I am writing this review almost a year later just to tell everyone that I still have no regrets choosing Bancroft Construction for our kitchen and family room remodel! Secretly, Paul had the job when he called me back and showed up on time to go over our project! Their use of technology (Buildertrend app) also allowed Paul, my husband and I to be on the same page- marriage saver!

2023 Paul and his painting team were great! The guys were patient in my high-traffic household and worked long hours to get the work done as quickly as possible and the quality is great. Thank you! 2020 Paul, Shannon, Justin, and the rest of the Bancroft Construction team were a pleasure to work with on two different occasions now. The first time, Paul, Justin and the team came out on extremely short notice to replace what ended up being a really cheap part on my boiler - but could have easily made a much bigger project out of it considering that as far as I knew - the entire boiler needed to be replaced. The second time, again, Justin came out on extremely short notice to bleed our radiators and to conduct a general HVAC tune-up. These guys know HVAC and are totally honest and affordable professionals. Definitely will be using again! Thanks.

Paul and his team were great to work with. We removed a wall and replaced it with a structural beam. We also added a custom pantry that came out great. I would recommend Bancroft for all projects!
