Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I was was lunchtime here and can only recommend the team. Everyone was lovely, helpful and provided great service. Had no long wait time at all as 2 tellers been serving customers.

This Bank of America has no regards to privacy. They said out loud how much is in my account and I heard them do that with another lady also. I feel like a walking target in there, this is not safe. I wont be going here anymore.

Every time I come here, theres only 1 teller, servicing the entire line. Many times its almost out the door. I shouldnt have to wait a half hour for a simple transaction. And there is no other branch for miles and miles, because they closed them all. Most assuredly to maximize profits, not in the interest of their customers. Probably going to be switching to another bank soon. Too big for their own good, not enough attention towards customer service.

incompetent - terrible - messed up a large wire transfer and it took them 5 days to correct..meanwhile I lost hundreds of dollars in interest. Ive used BOA for over 30 years..time to find a new bank. Complete run around. 1.8 rating isn't a good sign
