        Got 2 sandwiches. One was supposed to be a turkey sub with just lettuce on white bread (yes that simple). The other was supposed to be a regular American sub (ham, turkey, cheese, etc.). Got home, the turkey sub had no lettuce on it and they added cheese to it. The American was instead a BBQ chicken sub? I would say that they might have been having a bad night but judging from the other reviews, this seems common

        they never toast or do anything correct with their orders....... toasting the bread is so simple to do but yet they ignore the step
