        would give 0 stars if i could. went for physical, which I am allowed on covered per year. charged me a 75 dollar copay, and then 3 months later charged me 75 dollars again because i have to pay one bill for the physician and one bill for the facility, and they each demand a copay. And everyone there acted as if I was inconveniencing them by being there.

        Eye doctor appointment. He was on time. All in the office were great!

        So this was my first at this Signature Medical Center, and liked what I saw there. It was a well kept medical center had to go get X-Ray, I was in and out in 13 minutes and also have a lab but was closed today hence at the time I was the only one there.
