OK, let's do a timeline of my experience with WallPops April 11th - placed order and waited and waited for order status to change April 18th - contacted WallPops asking what was going on with the order April 19th - received response back "Unfortunately, your order has been delayed due to our recent system outage. The good news is that were back up and running and have all hands on deck working to get your order shipped out by the end of the week." April 19th- checked order. Order status had changed to canceled. So I told them to keep it canceled and canceled payment of order. April 21st- order shipped after having told them to keep it canceled and that I had canceled payment. April 22nd - received response from customer service stating they would cancel order if I wished AFTER they had shipped it the previous day. April 26th- received order, didn't know what it was, wasn't thinking it was from them, so opened it. Contacted them requesting return shipment labels be sent so I could send them back their stuff. May 1st- contacted them again asking if they were going to send return shipment labels. May 3rd- still no response back. So yeah, take from that what you will and good luck!

The floor tiles do not stick around the edges and customer service for problems with the product has been terrible, they are making excuses as to why it isnt sticking. I followed their instructions that came in the box exactly and now they say I have to remove the floor underneath or use a separate adhesive.
