Amazing service. Great problem solvers. Super helpful. Very responsive and prompt service. The epitome of professionalism. I am a superintendent at a construction site and their prompt service was critical in keeping our project on time. I highly recommend Frank Rounds services.

I’ve used the Frank I Rounds company for many years to service both my cleaver brooks boilers as well as any associated equipment. The service techs are fantastic and are always willing to help to their fullest extent, unfortunately it doesn’t seem as though their office and parts staff is as willing to help. There has been numerous times in recent weeks that I’ve made attempts to purchase parts and not once have I heard back from anyone. At one point I had called 3 times in an hour period with no response. I’ve also had numerous issues with my account rep who doesn’t answer any of my questions when I call. 90% of the time I don’t hear back and when I do it’s over a week after I reach out. Due to these constant issues I’ve decided to take my service and parts needs elsewhere. I hope cleaver brooks can help clean up the act of their local rep, in the meantime I would highly recommend taking your service elsewhere. Services: Heating system repair, HVAC maintenance
