        They have mice roaches!! Mold on the wallsss they said its our fault !! They say its because are clothes is wettt some of the thingssss is BRAND NEWWW!! manny is very DISRESPECTFUL He doesnt do nothing about it but bleach the wall !!! They are dirty , they dont clean nothinggg , something always wrong with the toilet nasty stuff come out of the bathtub drain !! I DONT recommend this place at all !! 0/10!!! We reported them to Randolph-health !!!

        Ive been living here for over seven years. Never heard of brake ins, there ARE NOT ROACHES, there ARE NOT RODENTS. If you have a maintenance problem, they are quick to respond and will fix anything before they leave the apartment. SOMETIMES WHEN YOU DONT QUALIFY (credit) FOR AN APARTMENT YOULL WRITE A BAD REVIEW. SOMETIMES IF YOUR LEASE ISNT RENEWED YOULL WRITE A BAD REVIEW. ALL THIS NEGATIVE TALK GO SIT DOWN SOME WHERE.

        Terrible the new property manager is VERY disrespectful, unprofessional,no communication skills, harassing threatening intimidating Alexis Amendola property manager should not be here SMH refused my reasonable accommodation from corporate regional property manager Marie Furnari to Woodview apartment property managerAlexis Amendola. Which is 100%illegaland taking money from my husband for months it wasn't approved by housing another 100% illegal fraud my husband has had 2 traumatic brain injuries and they are abusing us w a disabled child w Muscular Dystrophy

        This company is a out to get you if youre not careful. They will take $200 from you as youre applying to their apartment then put in the fine print that its a non-refundable holding deposit. You will not get your money back. Avoid at all cost
