        I ordered a basketball online on November third and just got it in the mail today. The whole process was slow, and to make it worse the ball arrived in a plastic bag deflated. I was not happy with my experience. Customer service on the phone is lazy and u professional as they didnt want to go downstairs to follow up with the status of my order.

      Hi Devon, sorry for your frustration. Online department carries completely different inventory from the retail store. Sounds like you reached the owner via phone and he uses a cane so mobility up and down the stairs probably was the issue. Not that he didn't want to look for you or that he is lazy.
