        I made an appointment before reading the reviews and I panicked. I thought omg these are really horrible reviews. they actually did a really good job on my car even though they didn't listen the first time about a noise I kept hearing, but they found what the problem was now I have to go back and fix that problem, but honestly I would recommend firestone in Quincy I am very satisfied on how much better my car is running thank you. returning customer

        That place is a joke. Had my breaks done and the pads FELL OFF. Went back to give them one more chance. Made an appointment went back an hour and a half later and they didn't even look at it yet. Manager doesn't have a clue how to run a business. Worst place ever and crazy expensive

        Great place. Super cooperative staff. Especially Armando who went out of the way to help me. The issue was my car was parked at a hotel where someone stole all 4 tires and the RIMS as well. So i could not even get the car towed. Now the hotel staff was pressuring me to get my car picked up or else they would get it towed. I called so many tire shops but no one had RIMS. Finally I landed up here where this amazing guy " Armando " came in the picture. He arranged for the towing people and also provided them the extra RIMS temporary so that the car can be towed and brought there. I sincerely admire this guy. I recommend this place to everyone
