        *update: HFI reached out to me today and apologized for their shortcoming in the matter. The rep was friendly and compassionate and informed me they would be here for us in providing documentation to ssi and any other way they could help... They reached out to me when my son was diagnosed with autism to file an ssi claim on his behalf. At first everything was fine. But when we were denied they said they would appeal but they never did. Now I have to start the process over again without them and provide proof for being outside of the 60 day appeal window but I have been unable to reach anyone with the case files at hfi. The reps number I had is now disconnected..

        I called my health insurance company first then they never heard of this place. So I wanted to call to see myselfStraight fraud. Bunch of Indians. They dont even say the name of the business when you call. They transfer you over to a voicemail thats like a cell. You call back they hang up. My health insurance doesnt even know this company. Its fake! Do not give your info! They claim to have been in business for a while. Yeah scamming for a while! Shut them down!!!
