        I tried to call to sort out my partners health insurence, when i asked why i was being backcharged for months before i got the insurence the women on the phone got audably angry and started shouting down the phone

        Paid ~$3,400 to enroll in mandatory healthcare out of pocket through a student portal. I waited and never recieved an ID card. Apparently the money was just thrown into a void. The case has been "escalated" for over a week, but I have no way to seek further information. I have urgent health issues that need to be addressed, and cannot recieve covered care.
