One of the best experiences I've ever had with any dental office. Dr. Michael made me feel so well taken care of. I felt like she actually cared about me personally.

I was referred to Dr Addas a little over 2 yesterday ago.. I needed some dental work. I was petrified because as a child, I never liked the dentist. Dr Addas made me feel so comfortable and took as much time as needed to get through procedures. I'm not a great patient and he was so caring and gental and made me feel at ease. In the past 2 years I have had extensive dental work from crowns, fillings and envialign. I absolutely love the way my teeth look now and will be starting my partials. Dr Addas has literally changed my life..he is an Amazing Dentist! The entire staff from the receptionists to the dental hygienist..the dental assistants..everyone..they are all wonderful!! I highly recommend Advanced Dental Care of Quincy and Dr Addas!! This office encouraged me to get dental insurance through my workplace. I was a patient here for a number of years and they've only gotten worse since 2016. The pictures below are from 2021; it shows ants in one of their exam rooms. I told the dental hygienist and she told me to tell the doctor. Then I told the front desk and they just shrugged it off. No room change or anything. My last visit here was this past June, for a filling. I waited in the dental chair for close to a half hour for someone to see me. At one point I stepped out to the front desk to ask if they have a grace period, because I was very close to walking out. Turns out they don't; probably because this is a common experience in this office. When a doctor did finally see me, she hit the wrong nerve while giving me Novocain and it made me cry. Instead of stopping to make sure I was alright, she just gave me a tissue and kept working. Then, she tried pushing crowns on me. I've never felt that the staff here care about their patients. They're just a money-hungry, revolving door of staff.
