Im someone who has had some traumatic experiences with dentists and have neglected my teeth because of it. Ive finally found a dentist that makes me feel calm, takes the time to explain whats happening and makes sure Im doing okay. The whole staff has been amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone who has had bad experiences with dentists. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

This place is a joke sad that there are places like this operating. Time to file a complaint. I had an appointment today Saturday, January 12th. Since I didnt got a confirmation call I started calling them on Thursday, I kept getting the answering service a.k.a support group, who kept taking messages for them to call me back yet Friday a guy answered who said he was the receptionist but apparently didnt had access to the appointments to confirm my time. After seeing the reviews how theyre are ppl that had arrived at their scheduled appt and doors were closed, I asked a Lyft driver family member that was working up in Lynn (I live 1.10 hrs away) to please verify if the place was open, to my non surprise, SURE enough, THEY WERE CLOSE (it was 10:27 am), they never called to cancel nor reschedule NOTHING, Nada. I went there 3 weeks ago, but my anxiety didnt allowed me to have it done, besides the doctor (young guy) looked like he just wanted to do it (rushing) and was kind of bothered by my anxiety and suggested I see the Dr. I was suppose to see today because he was more experienced, and this happened. Ive been in extremely pain, not able to sleep, was desperately waiting for today and all for this irresponsibility behavior from a medical office. I would definitely filled a complaint with consumers agency of the state, places like this shouldnt be operating.
