        It is nice to have the SHINE program to prepare us for Medicare options. It can be very overwhelming to try and navigate through this process.

        This facility hosts numerous activities for Plymouth seniors. The CAL Cafe offers inexpensive breakfasts and lunch on weekdays. Most Fridays free food is distributed to those who sign up.
