Gail knows the Cape area well. She is sensible, knowledgeable, to the point, and most importantly timely. I needed to look at a house fast and she dropped everything to get the appointment which resulted in me securing the deal. In addition, she made sure everything was in order until the closing.

Gail went above and beyond as our real estate agent. The sale of our house was no easy feat and Gail handled everything so professionally and with the knowledge of someone who has been in the real estate industry for a long time. She was in constant communication offering us updates, guidance and expert advice. Gail was tireless in her efforts to market our house from her professional connections to her use of social media. We were no longer in the house nor in town and Gail handled everything for us whether it was setting up repairs and cleaning or being there for every showing, walkthrough, or delivery. She was meticulous with every detail and knew our house, its history, the lay of the land and manufacturer of everything included within.
