Rose & Vicki's in Cedarville

The service and atmosphere at Rose and Vickis couldnt be better. Each time I walk in, I am greeted by a smiling face with my order always ready on time when promised. Although the quality of the food is usually very good, I recently had a couple of pizzas (buffalo chicken and Greek chicken specifically) on two separate occasions in the past 2 weeks that have had rubbery, chewy chicken and too much sauce, as well as only 1-2 chicken pieces per slice! Hopefully it was just an off night, Ill give them another try in a week or two.

Have ordered here many times.. I'm 4.4 miles away. Was told recently they don't deliver to my address, and then coupled with "they're really busy". I wrote to "feedback", and was responded to by Rose. "Hi Sean. I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I did speak with the manager Ben. Unfortunately, Cedarvilles delivery area does stop at Ship Pond Road. They may have taken your order in the past not realizing it was out of the area. We try to be as accommodating as possible but there are boundaries to keep delivery times low and to make sure that the store closest to the address it the one that takes the order. I apologize again if you feel that it was intentional or that we were basing it solely on the fact that we were busy." So it's my fault, they refused to deliver to my address that is literally 1.3 miles farther from Manomet location, and my fault if I was told they were really busy and that was why they wouldn't deliver. Mind you.. I've spent thousands over the years from this company.. good product.. It's such a shame that this is their approach.. be forewarned..

The pizza ( bacon cheddar cheeseburger) I have ordered in the past were great This last order I asked that it be cooked more ( Crispy) when I picked up and drove less than 1 mile home it was not crisp but undone. This is the last time I will visit your business based on this most recent purchase and other s that did not meet my expectations for me and my family.
