Ive had lots, I mean lots and lots, of massage therapies over the years. MFR is by far the most effective for long term results. Its an incredibly gentle yet powerful practice to retrain the muscle memory. Chris has been doing this for a looong time and it truly shows. His ability to deeply connect with my body through his hands is masterful. He traces down the tiniest knots and kinks and smoothly erases them. My hips and shoulders have remobilized and the rough spots have disappeared. Do future-you a favor and try this out. It will take some time and commitment to reset yourself. Kind and comforting, Chris is the man for the job

For the past year, Chris Arnold has helped heal an old injury that has been plaguing me for 17 years. Nothing has helped more than my MFR sessions with Chris. I highly recommend him to anyone with pain, injuries, headaches, etc. No amount of PT or chiropractic work has amounted to the relief I've experienced from myofascial release. Chris is incredibly kind and genuine. He has dedicated his life to this work and educates his clients during sessions, from concepts to "homework" to help between sessions. He understands the body on a very deep level and can pinpoint your pain and issues. Do yourself a favor and give this a try! The work is incredibly gentle, relaxing, and pain-free. I'm someone who typically enjoys deep pressure and intensity in the area of my injury, but Chris has helped me see that while that might provide temporary relief, it does nothing for true healing (it doesn't release the fascia!). I'm so grateful for Chris - he has changed my life! Thank you!!

A Pilates client at Balance Studio recommended Christopher to me when I had chronic, high level pain from a labral tear. Unrelated to Pilates the old injury acted up due to overuse, however I needed to keep working as many hours as I could at the time. From the first visit Christopher was not only kind, compassionate, gentle, professional and intuitive but he also was able to give me immediate relief that day. I continued seeing him regularly for a year or so as Id overtaught for many years and has a lot of unwinding to heal. Hadnt seen Christopher since the pandemic and went in yesterday as I injured my pinky 2 years ago and am seeking to regain more mobility in it. I recognize I should have gone earlier but didnt know what I didnt know. Once again I was received with compassion, insight, healing, professionalism and a plan. Not only does Chris have extremely extensive training in the John Barnes Method of Myofascial release, but his intuition and presence in the space adds a dimension of even more excellence in his work. Ive personally sent numerous folks to Chris, knowing that hed be able to help them. And Im really, very picky . But if something truly works then I tend to tell everyone whom I think it will benefit. Each person Ive sent me has later come back and told me how grateful they are because he was able to help them when no one else could. Chris is a truly gifted healer who happens to also be dedicated to constantly learning more and more about how to help people heal their bodies. Cant recommend him enough!!

Its been a joy knowing Christopher for the past 8 years. He has continued to educate himself and pass that on knowledge onto his clients. He engages the body enable releases of restricted areas this leaving clients able to perform so much better than when they walked in the door. His skills accompanied with compassion and humor is well worth the money and time to invest in your own health and well being. I highly recommend a session or two to see the change in you!
