I had bought a Groupon and had three days until it expired. I went in this morning and she told me No I could not use it, she wants $50 cash. I said Ive used one in May and had no problem. Again she told me to cancel it and no she wouldnt accept my Groupon, wanted cash again. So unprofessional. Not only did I lose the money for the Groupon ( they credit Groupon but I dont get my cash back) I had to pay for parking which was a waste as well.

The lady that runs this spa is very unprofessional as she literally kicked me out and told me she says i have to cancel my groupon coupon. I was very polite and asked y and she just pointed me out the door and says no, no, no.As she was sitting on a lounge chair with no customers and said shes too busy! Literally just sitting there with headphones on and pointed me out the door as if i was a dog! If there was an option of 0 stars they would get 0.

Worst massage I have ever received. Randomly started pulling my fingers out of their sockets (one of my fingers is injured). When I said no she just kept doing it. Dont understand what knots are or how to rub them out. Terrible communication issues. Absolutely the worst spa Ive ever been to.
