Sensei Garry Gascoyne and Sensei John Gascoyne are both amazing with kids of all ages. Fun, self-discipline, exercise, and real Goju Karate are the focus -not some karate-like experience. For teens to adults they teach karate as a way of life. Not only do they teach true self-defense, they also teach karate history, mindfulness, self-care (physical and mental), and general good living. They are the real deal. Dont expect to buy rank -it must be earned.
