We have had an excellent experience with Tassinari Construction! Great quality, professional and would highly recommend. They did a great job on our garage addition and farmers porch and we are loving it!

Do not purchase a Tassinari built property. Nearly my entire neighborhood is currently suing the owner, Barry, and this company. Terrible quality - most houses have had 10''s if not 100's of thousands of dollars in repairs on new construction. Insurance claims are over $200K, with owners paying considerably more. Code violations, electrical fires, sinkholes in driveways/basements, leaking foundations, leaking roofs, interior trim used outside, warping and cracked floors, the list goes on and on. Brand new houses almost totaled out by insurance companies. On top of that he attempts to extort residents for unlawful HOA fees causing nearly a whole development to fight for years in court. Landscaping, roads, sidewalks, etc are left unfinished for literally over a decade. Hopefully this warns somebody and they wont get too excited by a pretty looking property to make the worst financial decision of their life.
