I moved into the Marq at the beginning of the year and wanted to wait a little to leave a review so as to leave a fair and accurate one. With that being said - I would give more than 5 stars if I could. This place feels more like a community than just an apartment complex. All of my neighbors have been welcoming and friendly from day one. When looking for a place to live the 3 most important things to me are safety, quiet, and clean. The Marq has had the best of all 3 in all of my apartment living experiences. Amanda and the office staff have been terrific in every facet. If any issues are to arise, it is handled immediately and effectively. They dont just give lip service - they get results. Also want to give a big shout out to George and the maintenance team. They are also great, and handle any and all maintenance issues with precision and in a timely manner. And last but not least - I want to give a big shout out to Lilia, who keeps these buildings immaculately clean. The hallways, stairwells, and common areas are always spotless thanks to her. All in all, Im loving living here - and highly recommend the Marq to anyone looking for a new place to live.
