I love my doctor the nurses etc. but the women behind the front desk all need attitude checks. Youre dealing with sick people and patients going through stuff and they are so miserable and rude, and extremely short with you. And that includes both in person and always over the phone. Im honestly getting quite sick of it because I love my doctor but dont want to deal with this everytime I call.

Dr Nolan was very accurate with her diagnosis of TMJ, causing pain and discomfort in my left ear. Advil and soft foods were recommended. I googled issues dealing with TMJ and was surprised by the results! Thank You Dr Nolan!

Front desk staff always sounds like your bothering them and you don't want to call. And can't leave a message unless they're open could say more but is useless

I miss the old building where you were not dealing with a call center to get ahold of your Dr. Otherwise I still love my doctor. It just no longer has the family feel

Great staff and doctors, i use to go toTristan where the staff are rude, the never ever update you with results, in other words I am very happy with my choice of switching to Planville.
