        I had an emergency tire valve situation and drove in to be greeted warmly and professionally by a very capable and hospitable manager named, James. He was personable and quick to evaluate my tire situation and got me in a dock immediately. James worked on it personally, which made me feel important. The waiting room was equipped with another knowledgeable sales rep, Mr. Hill, who was friendly, courteous and very informative. As I waited my turn, I engaged in a pleasant atmosphere that made me feel taken care of. My tire repair did not cost as much as I thought it would, and I left there elated! The Management was great! Good job all the way around! I will definitely go back next time!
