Bill has been coming to my house over the years for various plumbing services. Last year I needed a new furnace and Bill quickly took care of all the details. He has a calming personality when you are faced with any plumbing repairs. Always quick to respond. He really is the best!

Had an emergency with leaking hot water tank. Bill gave me a great price, a better heater with better warranty than competition, and got it in a busy schedule on the agreed date. Also replaced some valves. Old school plumber who knows his craft. Services: Water heater installation, Plumbing pipe repair

I called them to set up an appointment. The lady kept telling me that she "will call me" to set up an appointment. I kept calling and she continued to tell me that she will call me eventually... that never happened....

Bill really knows his craft and does excellent work. More often than not he goes out of his way to make sure you're fully educated on what happened, why and gives you options (if they are available). The worst part about alcor is the same thing about any trade business... they are in such demand!
