Took 5 months to get an appointment. Scheduled a follow up appointment for a month later on 3/15 after a round of antibiotics. Changed the appointment to 3/19 after I had already taken the day off of work without telling me. Then after waking up at 530 to bring my son to day care refused to see me because I was 5 minutes late. Receptionist was rude and very unprofessional about it.

Today I accompanied my husband Frank to an appointment at Berkshire Ear Nose and Throat with Dr. Stark. From the time we walked in until we left, the entire experience was seamless. Colleen was friendly and efficient. Dr. Stark was very knowledgeable and took the time to address my husbands medical issues and concerns. He went above and beyond! We left feeling completely confident in the care my husband received. We are so grateful! Frank J Herforth

AWFUL!!!! I wanted to book a new patient exam. They wont book it without records. Whatever I have the records sent. They are limited as I had only seen the previous doctor once. Im told they got them and Id be hearing from them to book appointment. Another month goes by I follow up like What is going on? Im told those records arent good enough. Which to start is Bs thats all my doctor had. Plus why did no one call me to let me know? I have severe sleep apnea I cannot breathe I need care ASAP. This is crazy. And the sad part is there is such little care here youll be forced to go here if you dont have a way to go somewhere else.

Dr Stamm was terse and not engaged in my ailment or care. He told me I didnt have a deviated septum, though other docs had said I did. Got other opinions because I didnt believe him he missed an obvious issue. If you go here, I recommend you get other opinions before deciding on your course of action. At least see a different doctor in this practice.
