Worst service ever they called me blacky that really hurt

I was let go from reliable yard works because I told the boss (Tom) his employees were doing drugs on the job he was paying me $25 an hour to mow lawns.. Apparently he doesn't want me to do quality work and make sure I'm in and out! Full speed is not cutting grass...He's a very kind guy and I respect that he is a retired vet 🇺🇲.Tom doesn't want to listen to me and check his workers, Therefore he doesn't know his guy is driving crazy with a trailer and smoking weed and doing cocaine..I will not work with a drugy so I told him his guy has no license and is a fugitive from South Carolina and also deals drugs to support his drug habit. The guy is very disrespectful towards anybody. I could not work around someone like that. I also told Tom everything.. he told me that's nfg for anyone to say about his workers.... So I kept my mouth shut till the next time this guy screwed up. The very next day I could not bite my lip I had to tell him what this guy was doing again. He began to scream at me and tell me that we will never work together again and this was my last day working with his mowing guy. Ever since then Tom told me he will call me when he needs me. I am a quality worker I do not do drugs all day I do not know other people's lawns on his clock I don't meet people on the clock to sell drugs. I have a license and I protect it. I like to do things right and have respect for people on the road. All these things is mowing guy is doing Tom will find out the hard way. Maybe he should have listened to me I am not Mr know It All but I know right from wrong. I would go back to work for Tom if he gets rid of that druggie. I guess Tom will find out the hard way maybe this is why he goes through so many guys. I know who I am I know the quality of work I do obviously he does not want quality he wants fast get it done make it look as best as you can without proper tools. I can say one thing his son Trevor is a really good guy he has never disrespected me he's the one that should be running this company. As for me I will never go back there I got my check Friday I have no need to go back there I thought Tom was a good guy he turned out to be very evil. A wolf in sheep's clothing. But somehow I still respect him for serving our country. Maybe he'll call me tell me to take this review down. If I do get a phone call from him apologizing to me would make me feel good about the work I've done.Tom I'm sry for the review I'm just being 💯%honest and you said I'm nfg for letting you know your worker is screwing u..I thought you were a stand up guy instead of looking into this,you told me you're going to call me when you need me ...Tom that's NFG ty for everything you did not see
