Best Western Plus Berkshire Hills Inn & Suites

Absolutely loved my stay here. The bed was comfortable, amenities were amazing, and the staff is so nice. I'll definitely stay here again!

Any time we are in the area we always stay here. The hotel is spotless with a great breakfast. Never had an issue with any room we have ever stayed in here. The staff is always top notch and accommodating. There is a pet walk area right outside on the side of the hotel. Also has a mini store inside for basic needs and refreshments. Beautiful area. I cant rave enough about this hotel.

It's very quiet and has decent and all amenities but having people having relations so loud through the hallway was starting to sound like the filing set of an adult film industry I would suggest more or SOME sound proofing since it was supposed to be a family experience!!! Rooms: Well cleaned and taken care of no stains of any kind as I did and always carry a small UV light with me I can honestly say it was cleaner than most 5 star hotels! The rooms are average size and normal bathrooms, coffee pot and coffee in room and a nice desk, couch, and area to work when one needs for longer stays! Ironing boards and hair dryers seem to be in every room and they all are very similar!!!! Nearby activities: Hancock shaker village is 2 minutes up the street which is fascinating and it's always fun to see how we used to live in the tools that we used to use! Walkability: Not much walking here I do not suggest it this is lodging only, plenty of space for walking inside the hotel and a workout room as well! But this isn't so much the best spot to stroll to town I would suggest having a vehicle as it takes about 5-8 mins to drive to downtown...but I would suggest this spot before staying downtown also much quieter and you can enjoy luxury here!!! Noteworthy details: Great food,service,friendly staff always with smiles and willing to go above and beyond!!!(Give em a tip once in a while!!) I do enjoy a good night's sleep and you can achieve that here nine out of ten times guaranteed...but just like everywhere sometimes people like to ruin others enjoyment and so you might run into a not so nice person compared to every other hotel being one out of three times huge difference in people that stay here!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!!

Very nice hotel. The shower pressure was perfect and most of the amenities worked. A couple things like the television remote and the microwave were on their last legs but everything else worked great! Bed was very comfortable and pretty clean. The breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast. Wasn't perfect but certainly adequate. The staff was friendly and had zero issues checking in. Price was average to good for area and quality of room. Certainly wasn't a bad price for what we received. They also gave us free water bottles for being rewards members. If you don't like road noise, don't go here. My girlfriend commented on hearing cars most of the night but she likes the sounds of that and it did not bother me either. I know some people don't like road noise. All in all, very nice quality hotel and would certainly consider staying here again.
