Has been my go to spot for years now. Travel over the mountains from Albany. However, a couple things changed as of late. For starters, I make a pre-order to be IN & OUT. The last few times Ive stood there and waited while people in the walk-in line who came in *after* me were called up first. Literally, whats the point in making your job quicker/easier if youre going to make my task longer? If walk-ins arent savvy enough to order ahead, then they should wait, because they take FOREVER to order. Secondly, wheres the Berkshire Roots pre-ground? How hard is that to produce? I bought the orange canister of pre-ground and it was like smoking mulch mixed with tobacco. Terrible quality. Idk if upper managements unaware of these things, or simply make enough money to not exactly care, but figured Id point these things out. Lastly, idk his name, but shout out to the tall white dude with the Celtics hat. Thats my dude. Always positive and super friendly. However, Ive never run into a rude budtender here.

Only one person working with a line of 30 people, staff looked lost, just to wait in like for a solid 30 mins, even as a pre order pick up. Then to top it off the flower and oil was absolutely trash. Place is a big joke in my opinion. Will never go there again.
