I was so very disappointed in this bouquet. My College aged children, who live out of state, sent this to me for my birthday. They went through 1-800 flowers, who obviously outsources to this florist. This was a predominantly white bouquet, and many of the flowers were brown, shriveled, and torn with missing petals. Even the flowers that were not shriveled had the petals missing from many of the daisies. It was like one side of the flower was just chopped off. Whole flowers were floating down in the water as they had just been shoved in to make the bouquet. The bouquet had a front side, and oddly the worst flowers were chosen to put on the front as the first thing you see. Feedback will be given to one 800 flowers.

I wrote a review about a month ago regarding my first delivery from Bronze Bell and how quickly the large bouquet died (1-4 days). Here is an update.......I surprisingly received a complimentary bouquet from Bronze Bell after my first review. I thought that was very nice and appreciated the flowers. Then entire bouquet stayed healthy and fresh for 2 full weeks and even beyond. I feel much better about the quality of flowers they are using, and this bouquet certainly lasted what I expected. I will now to try Bronze Bell again in the future and hope to have continued success from a local florist!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

The florists at The Bronze Bell are so talented and kind. The Townsend Historical Society has had the chance to order wreaths and bouquets from them many times over the years and every single time our visitors make a point of mentioning how beautiful their flower arrangements are. We'd wholeheartedly recommend The Bronze Bell!

This business is like a visit to Mayberry. Kind, attentive people, lovely, personal floral creations. It leaves you wishing there were more people and places like this.
