Therapy isn't one size fits all but Northeast Health Services has been helping me and working with me. I feel comfortable there, the doctors are great and the offices are nice, quiet, clean and comforting

After a painful start, trying to get correct information and assurances that treatment could fit my schedule, I began the procedure of getting approved and starting Spravato, ketamine nasal spray. Insurance approved the treatment within 2 days. Four months later, after multiple intake meetings, drug test, staff turnover, new training, more intake, failure to transition me to the new staff, failure to communicate on a regular basis; I was finally set up to start. Only to be told that they cannot accommodate the schedule that I required to begin with and was half of why I was able to even start the medication 4 months ago in the first place. Multiple calls later, all of them asking me to start treatment at the times I am unable to be there, and I was told "sorry, we tried to uncommonate you." And now I have to find some other facility. I am very low income, severely depressed, on the verge of homelessness, and now I can't even get the treatment I've waited months to get. To say that I am unhappy with how all of this has been handled is an understatement.
