        This is the third time I place an order for in store pick up. Every single time- the shoe is out of stock and they do not send an email to notify me. They charge my card and dont initiate a refund or any type of communication. I have to take time out of my day to call, wait on hold while they check the back- to be told , we have no record of your order. One time is fine but 3 times in a row? The point of ordering ahead is for convenience but this is just a headache. Why offer in store pick up when your store inventory doesnt match whats online? Why offer it if you dont send emails to update the customer? The ONE time they had my shoe, it wasnt ready! The girl who answered the phone had no clue what I was talking about. Why havent you emailed me or prepared my order after two days? This place is horrendous . You have to call to remind the employees to get your order ready. Ridiculous.
