Over the top did an excellent job on my roof, gutters, fascia trim, replacing some cedar shingles, and my flat rubber roof I would def recommend. Very Good customer service as well

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Over The Top Roofing in a heartbeat! We are a small condo association in Salem, 100 year old building, which needed chimney removal, a porch roof re-do and some gutter and flashing replacement. Over the Top could do it ALL, and at an incredibly good rate. I got estimates from 2 other great local companies and OTT gave the best offer, which was about 70% less than the most expensive offer! I had confidence they knew what they were doing, going by all the excellent and testimonials. Front person Sarah is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, as all the reviews indicated. She came out promptly, took drone photos and explained what would be done very similar to the other contractors. Negotiating the contract and scheduling dates were easy, communication was good throughout the process, and they did all the work in the expected timeframe. They are FAST! Everything looks great and it was so affordable for our budget. I like to support local/smaller contractors, and would highly recommend Over the Top Roofing!

Over The Top Roofing was such a pleasure to work with. The team that did the roofing were friendly, quick, and efficient. As soon as I reached out I received an immediate response and Sarah came out quickly. She was detailed in explaining everything about my roof and provided me options on what we could do. She was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive whenever I reached out with questions and always kept me updated throughout the entire process from start to finish! Anytime I needed anything she was very accommodating. She was even able to fit me in on their schedule very quickly. Definitely a huge win having Sarahs support throughout all this. Knowing there is someone who is quick to respond and patient with any questions you may have makes the entire process much easier.
