I can't say enough good things about Penney Construction. Ryan and his crew were fantastic. We did a bathroom renovation, and I am just so happy with the results. The quality of workmanship is unmatched, everyone in the crew took great care to make sure things were done right, and done on schedule. The bathroom is now officially my favorite room in the house! I would 100% work with Penney Construction again. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with them.

Ryan and his crew were easy to work with and very professional. The quality of our bathroom remodel is impeccable. He worked with us on design features and presented alternatives and options as we went through the process. Very communicative on when work would be done. Penney Construction is the unicorn!! After 20 years in our first home, we decided it was time to move on. We found a home but knew it needed a lot of work and renovation to fit our needs. We never experienced work of this magnitude and we partnered with Penney Construction due to their reputation. We did not have any experience with a full home renovation but Ryan, his team and all the subcontractors gave us guidance and expertise with our build. Ryan and his team are just amazing! Everyone he works with also has high standards and are so personable and professional. The quality of work is impeccable! It's as if we're working with family and they truly cared about our needs. Everyone hears about construction nightmares but this was NOT the case for us. Ryan and his team kept us well informed of schedules, next steps, key decisions, and costs/budget!! It's almost hard to believe we gutted an entire home and rebuilt 1st floor, added a second floor and outdoor living space and never truly felt stressed due to Ryan and team. They built us a beautiful forever home and we love everything about it! So much appreciation for Ryan, Wayne, Nicole, Christian and Brian!!! And the amazing subcontractors Mike & Tom (MTP Electric), Matt (Matt McKiernan Plumbing), Marcio (MGL Tile), Weslei (WRD Pro Painting), Binh (Peter Master Floors), Tom (siding), Rob (J&R Construction & Demolition) and Jenna Ellison (architect).
