My aunt is verbally and mentally abused at the house in Danvers for years and someone in that place thinks because shes mentally handicapped that she wont realize when they steal her things. They take her phone away so she cant call someone for help. She knows exactly what she has and so does her family. The care they provide is disgusting. We have reported problems to supervisors MULTIPLE times yet it still continues. It makes me absolutely sick that someone(s) in a place like this could take advantage of the residents. Being fired isnt bad enough for these types of people.
