Yes, Wendy deserves everyone of the 5 stars I gave her. We were relocating to the Merrimack Valley from Maryland and had a list of very specific (and hard to find) "must haves" for our new home. Wendy found a house that checked all the boxes! We put in an offer without having personally seen it, and after some competitive bidding, the deal was sealed. Wendy's enthusiasm for her work is evident in her knowledge of the market. She is extremely responsive to any questions or communication you may wish to have. And speaking of communication, she's very pleasant to talk to. While this may seem like a less important attribute, you do spend a chunk of time with your realtor, so why not make that time pleasant? You will feel like old friends with Wendy, you can't go wrong in choosing her to help you with an extremely important life decision.

Wendy is a true professional and on top of everything that needed to be accomplished. Her communication was outstanding with everyone involved. She assisted a family member of mine and worked with me for over a year, not because it took that long to sell the property, but because of the complicated situation involved in preparing to sell the two-family property. She was courteous and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone who seeks a professional real estate agent.

I have had the honor to know Wendy for over 30 years. Her commitment to her work is outstanding I get asked many times by my friends that are looking to downsize or buy a vacation home Kim who would you use for a realtor first person that comes to my mind is Wendy she is totally committed. She has your best interest Heart and she takes you in like shes known you forever. Her work means the world to her her family. She is surrounded by very good people and shes a very talented person but mostly she has anyones best interest at hot because she knows nowadays the value of money in this country people need to trust somebody in.
