Kept talking about progressive after I said I didn't want that insurance couldn't tell me how to confirm your address they wasn't sure how and told me to look some where else after repeating the quote on progressive insurance when I clearly said I didn't want that

Hi Denzel. Unfortunately with a new driving record Progressive was the best premium my rep could offer you and you declined the other quote that was a higher premium. We requested to confirm your address because legally you need to insure your vehicle where you reside and Progressive was requesting proof of residency. She had advised you that you could use a recent W-2 form and or a utility bill. I apologize if you are upset. You had called a few months back and my rep tried to assist you then and offer you advice and she took a lot of time today also trying to assist you and explain everything to you. I am sorry she wasn't able to give you the answers you wanted. We wish you the best on your search for insurance. Thank you.
