    Super bummed out that I was treated differently than all these other five star reviews. I really wanted to trust MTS and grateful that they could service us but six months later I have the exact same issue. Wanted to have them help us for the same problem but unfortunately was unlucky that their electrician was out of town, I than waited over a week to give them another call back to ask them to complete the repair but to my surprise, they refused to service me and hung up on me claiming I was "nasty" to them even though we were speaking to schedule for a time already and they ended up hanging up on me even though all I am asking for is they can fix what they did. They might do the job for you once, but they aren't not gonna be responsible to make sure you are all set or refuse to serve you even though you just want to be treated fairly and schedule another repair with them. The first time I needed their service was to trouble shot the our intercom system and they did a really quick job without giving me a quote, just ask if I needed the repair and they were speedy with the repair( less than an hr). They never told me how much the cost was upfront, sent me the bill after the repair for 500, but Mike said that was a typo and fixed it to 300 which was to trouble shot and put silicone around the intercom so it is waterproofed. Happy that he was so speedy when we needed him but that unfortunately was not the case the second time. About six months, intercom has same problem again and gave them a call, and sadly they were busy out of town so I was asked to wait for a reply. I texted them all my past invoice to remind them of the repair I need again is on a repair that they have done and I see all my messages getting read but never a reply. I gave another call, but I guess they thought my calls as inpatient as they gave me the same response of having me wait at lease a week to get a reply. Waited more than a week and never got a reply so gave another call, this time the first thing I asked if they have availability and they did but refused to service me when I told them I was wanted them to repair a job they had already done in the past and was super rude with a change in voice and hung my call. From this call, I learnt I was already rejected of their service which was to my shock well else I wouldn't have waited a whole week to call them again. I had all the patience to wait to pay them to do the job again since they did what we needed the first time, really wished they could service us again but turns out they aren't honorable to their work and not responsible to make sure the customer is satisfied. If you read all these, I ask you all to support this mom and pop business as Mike does do a good work in a timely manner with a fair pricing. But base on my experience, you have to chose them with a leap of hope that they will provide a good after service and prevent you from having the same troubles as before occurring again as there is no warranty and even if there was warranty, they would still have the power to refuse servicing you.

    Highly recommend - I had a situation come up that I wanted looked at urgently, and the owner came out fast, same day, to quickly fixed the issue, and he was even willing to take a look at and fix another less pressing issue I had. Very helpful and friendly

    Very responsive and flexible with scheduling and the prices are more than fair. Installed electric outlets in my crawlspace and converted several switches in my house to dimmer switches. Would definitely contact again for work!!

    Mike recently came to my home for multiple small fixes (outlets and light switches). Him and his partner were timely, efficient, kind, and accommodating. They were friendly and willing to do some additional unexpected outlets. I definitely plan on contacting them again for future electrical needs.
