Corporate return policy is garbage. Wasted 10 minutes getting them the order# so they could then tell me in addition to the receipt I needed the cc to get a refund without get store credit(neglected to tell me before when trying to avoid this trap). I have the receipt with the proof of purchase, AE has the credit card on file, and money goes back to the cc. I dont walk away with cash. Why are you wasting peoples time for your corporate greed?

Laura is the absolute BEST. I always thought that American Eagle did not carry anything in my size. Laura broke the sizes down and even asked me questions to narrow down my ideal fit in jeans! From shorts to wide bottoms jeans. Now I'm a huge fan, and I'm obsessed with comfort of my shorts and cute tops!
