Terrible service & they'll avoid helping you with your claim at all cost because they have an aversion to work from my experience... I wouldn't use them again if they were offering insurance at no cost!!!

I Insured thru B and M from 2017 thru 10-16-2020 and insured thru Concord Group for multiple car insurance policies. I make over $150K per year and I Always pay my bills on time and have an excellent credit score- I Am A Good Payer.However in October (15th) 2020 , Concord Group sent out a cancellation notice that they have not received my payment for October 2020, ( I sent it out 1st week of 10- October,  I Sent in an additional payment of $960.00 to cover a full 2 months. During this time the Covid 19 Pandemic was in its 8th month. Mail has gone from coast to coast in 2 days to 1 bill takes 2 weeks to clear, due to slow downs in USPS due to Mail In Voting. Does this matter to Concord Group- No......... PAY UP OR WE CANCEL YOU OR YOU CAN MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT- VIA OUR ON LINE SYSTEM THAT WE CHARGE YOU TO USE AND PAY BY CREDIT CARD..... - YOUR ALL FIRED FOR EXTORSION.  Jill Horrible Troll Like Person Hiding Behind a Computer
