        We had a terrible experience at paxton location, first they wouldn't level up my daughter for no reason, they didn't evaluate it even once despite of my several attempts (she was okay to level up). Their excuse was their instructor forgot. After that they canceled my daughter class because instructor didn't show up. After that they never responded to my phone calls/messages. This year when I wanted to continue with them because it's the nearest, they messaged me back that I disappeared and I have outstanding balance which they are sending to collection! I mean wow no accountability for their actions and unorganization, I am not going to pay for the services I didn't get for a ridiculous price! Save your time and money please!

        My son which 9years-old and We been there more there a year. He was happy in there and self confidence. Instructors are very patient. People are very nice and helpful, if there any questions, responding soon as possible. Highly recommended.

        For some reason this didnt post the first time- We started our experience with The British Swim School of Worcester on August 1, 2022 and it has been a great experience! The staff and instructors are great. My son is learning so much while also having fun. We are very impressed with the program! Thank you!
