Western Mass Water Filtration

Just had my first annual water check-up. We needed a new water filter system mainly due to high iron levels. We couldnt wash anything close to white in our laundry. Fast forward a year later and the system has proven to be worth the investment. Very comfortable washing anything white or light ; and our white tile shower is safe from staining! Great customer service. Highly recommend the filter system. If you have high iron or other hard water issues, this company should exceed your expectations.

My wife and I are on a fixed income and can have a hard time replacing or fixing things around the house. But after finding David by a highly enthusiastic friend of ours and a lot of investigation we found a very rare treasurer. He is personable, efficient and processional. He saved us from paying a company from New Hampshire to come to our home every year, paying $300+ to maintain the ineffective system they had installed in about 2003. You do the math. We had David Reddy install a whole new system for half the price. And the best news is that he will come to our home (the first time and the last time he was here within 24 hours) whenever we call him for no charge to maintain it if needed. We trust him and our dog loves him. He is still trying to befriend our skittish cat. We cannot in a short review tell you how much we appreciate him. He has made our life a a little easier a whole cheaper and relaxed about our water needs.

Great experience from start to finish. Dave and his crew are responsive, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They installed a pressure tank, sediment filter and iron blocker and my water is now perfect. Highly recommend!
