Waste of time and money. Staff wasn't friendly at all and somewhat snappy. Couldn't get the help I needed.... Don't waste your time with these people.

Sure, every place has its qualms, especially in this day in age where the medical field in general is taxed and over worked with entitled, curmudgeons for patients. This place really helped get me back on my feet after a serious injury and battling a fierce addiction. I've been clean and sober 4+ years now, and these guys played a part in my journey. Thank you!

Where do I start? Is it when my therapist was let go by Baystate and instead of having a new therapist assigned just getting put back on the several month to years long wait list? Or was it when I had withdrawals from my psych meds because they, after CVS had filled them, revoked my prescription even though it had refills and I had seen my psychiatrist as scheduled every time? Be it basic mental health services or medication refills this place makes it very evident that it's money first health second. When Baystate let my therapist go mid-Covid they then terminated me as a patient, because my therapist was no longer there, and instead put me back on the VERY long waiting list that I've already done once before. I can't fault either the therapist or psychiatrist, as they've been (or were) fine, but you're dealing with people's health here and act like it's not a huge deal. When I put in my refills, mind you SEVERAL DAYS prior to being out, I shouldn't have to go through SEVERAL DAYS without my medicine (which causes such severe withdrawal symptoms that I have had to stay home from work due to this before) because they sent a refill and then, mind you after CVS filled it and had it ready, revoked it and now made me wait longer. It's ineptness to a degree that is harming your "customers", who mind you here are people already struggling with mental health related issues, so to make it even harder is honestly abhorrent and disgusting. Between outright terminating my ability to continue therapy because YOU as a facility let my therapist go to EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE TO REFILL A PRESCRIPTION THAT MIND YOU I ALREADY HAVE REFILLS ON AND IS NOT A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE it's been a nightmare. You're dealing with mental health here, people already struggling to get by day to day so to make it that much harder really deserves a round of applause to the scum that is Baystate. One of the first things when you call that you hear the automated message say is 'If you're having a mental health crisis...' with steps on what to do but, let's be honest, you don't care if people are having a mental health crisis. Maybe if you hadn't been so inept they wouldn't be in a place of crisis when they just wanted to treat their mental health and not go through severe withdrawals and months of waiting again for a service they already had that you then took away. I mean I'm clearly not alone here in my personal experience.

I have had the absolute utmost amazing experience with the both the staff at the front desk, the nurse getting meds on-time which is extremely important and hard for them at this time because of manufacturers all not having supplies to fill and between the doctors the nurses and the ladies that are in office they well put it this way words don't give them enough respect or recognition and I've been going to different facilities for 40yrs and by far they are the best. I deal with a lot currently in my life and I literally look forward to seeing them they make me feel like a human being that they genuinely care about and want to help I seriously can't say enough great things except I call all including my doctor and my counselor the dream team and not once in 40yrs have I been able to completely mean every single word. I'm actually thinking I haven't said enough if there's angels on in this world well they are at where I said also don't forget the amount of there work load and just go in and talk with them don't bark orders I firmly believe you get what you put out and these people literally gave me my heart back and it was amazing how effortlessly it truly is for them so believe I have never put a post up and have the up most respect and honor of doing so, thank God for everyone I just spoke about they put hope of true humanity in my heart thank you all
