Ira Toyota of Orleans Oil Change

I came in for an oil change and had a bad experience from start to finish. Customer service was mediocre and it took way too long to do a simple service. I showed up on time for my appointment. It took 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge Id arrived. Meanwhile Im listening to the poor guy ahead of me learning that they werent able to fix his car. I asked the guy at the parts desk just to make sure I was in the right place. He was rude and cut me off. Finally I was helped by the service Manager. That took about 10 minutes just for him to enter all my information in the computer and take the keys. So were 20 minutes behind already. The service manager says it will be 45-60 mins and hell call me when its ready. Oh and they are throwing in a multi point inspection. Sure. So, I went off by bike to run some errands. About 1:45 later I called to see if it was ready yet. I was on hold for about 5 minutes. The person who picked up said it was ready and before I could get a word in edgewise they launched into all the other work they would like to do to the car. I keep trying to say thanks but no thanks but I might as well be talking to a recording. Eventually I interrupted and declined the services. Not that Im against having them done, but at this rate it would take another 6 hours just to change some side indicators and an air filter. I can do that myself, and much faster, thanks. I came back and picked up the car from the same Service Manager who obviously hadnt read the inspection because he said everything was perfect on the car. I asked for the inspection report. Thats when he realized he should try to sell me some side indicators and a cabin filter. I asked why the oil change took so long and he said it was because of the multipoint inspection so yeah So the oil go changed, but thats the last time Ira Toyota gets $90 out of me. And Id recommend you go somewhere else as well.
