Needed an emergency tow early morning. Was able to get my vehicle towed quickly to the mechanic shop. Communication was fast and professional. Driver was also very helpful. Highly recommend! Will contact again for any future needs. If youre looking for a tow company this is the one!

Lets face it, theres never a good time to need a tow. Our need came at a particularly bad time. Things couldve gotten even worse if not for the prompt response by legacy transport. 56 miles from home after a long day at the hospital without a working vehicle is not where you want to be at 9pm after surgery. Legacy Transport was the first transportation/ tow service out of at least four to accept our request for a tow back home. Chris, our driver was friendly and professional. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation and got right to work. Once the vehicle was loaded onto the flatbed he ensured we were as comfortable as possible and was sensitive to the fact that my wife just had surgery. Asking every so often if she was comfortable. Responding to a call that nobody else seemed to want in a prompt and professional way (in what was by the way the nicest tow truck Ive ever been in ) at a rate that was comparable to the others who wouldnt even take us is worth 4 stars. The extra touch of kindness makes it worth 5. I couldnt recommend Legacy Transport highly enough. Thanks Chris
