        I had the worst experience at this dealership. Off the bat salesman Sean was being extremely rude and arrogant. His demeanor was arrogant and aggressive and I honestly felt threatened. Im sure Im not the only person whos had a bad experience with this person. A person who does not have control over his emotions should not be working with customers. He gets away with this attitude because of the incompetent management present there. The manager then proceeded to defend Sean even though he had no clue about the circumstances. I urge everyone to go to any other Honda dealership except this one, its not worth your effort. Dont you dare reply to me Nucar, I dont want your useless apology. Do something instead.

        I am new to the area and I needed to have my car looked at. I'm disappointed in this service repair center. They charged me $165 for a diagnostic of the car and they said they would wave it if I got repairs done immediately. Unfortunately, they gave me no time to make a decision on a costly fix. Any other repair center would give you a 24-48 hour quote. They also said it could be up to 6 hours until my diagnostic review would be ready. Very quickly, they tried to have me pay for their rental car. I declined and it turned out thay my car was ready to be picked up within an hour and a half. I would have been really disappointed if I paid for a rental car expecting a long wait only for it to be a short wait.
