Have been using this company for the past 3 years for Dexcom sensors and transmitters and have had an excellent experience. Little to no wait time, they have online refills, friendly support, and reminders emailed out.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, They would rather charge a fee then try and research why a power supply is not covered under the 2 yr warranty. After days on the phone with them, and Talking with the manufacture confirming a 2yr warranty; Reliable they still told me its only covered for 3 months. Their "portal" says from the manufacture that its expired. its been like this for many clients they tell me. i ask well have you called the manufacture.NOPE we will send an email. end result it is a 2yr warranty. i feel terrible for all the customers who have been taken advantage of from reliable and just paying the out of pocket cost of $75 for the power supply that is under warranty. They dont care for the consumer. it is very sad to see these thing continue

Very surprised that this business has so many negative reviews! My experience so far with them has been satisfactory. I had a recent appointment with a respiratory therapist over the phone & the appointment was originally scheduled to be a virtual one. Well, my cell phone was giving me trouble & I couldn't access any volume for the conversation, but fortunately the gentleman helping me was extremely patient, courteous & professional, and was able to call me on a regular call, once he could see that I was having difficulty on my end with the virtual option. Only trouble was that when I called to explain the problem, I gave another individual an alternate number where I could be reached for the man I needed to have the appointment with, but she did not give him the correct phone number as I had asked, so luckily I thought to email him to provide it, because he instead kept calling the original number I gave, which wasn't working that day. If she had relayed the message, it would've saved us both time. Regardless, he was very helpful & put my mind at ease about using my CPap machine, which I was very anxious about doing, because it's new to me. He had wonderful communication skills & was obviously very well trained in this field. For every question I had, he had detailed answers & made sure that I understood everything before ending the call. I've also had pleasant & effective email communication with them. Always friendly, very quick to respond. They also remind you of important information & upcoming appointments by text, call, email, etc. I feel that they deserve the 5 stars, my only suggestion is that if a client calls, please be sure to relay messages when you are asked to do so, especially if they are time sensitive & regarding an appointment. Thank you for letting me share this!
