John towed my car to their auto body shop after it was totaled in an accident. I was shook up and didn't know what to do and he gave me his card and told me to call him the next day- he would walk me through what will happen next and what to do. That was an understatement. John was such a valuable resource throughout the process of working with my insurance and clarifying what to do. He was always available to answer my questions and made a stressful situation much easier. I cannot thank him enough.

I had a sudden need for a front end alignment on a Sunday and the officer that stopped to assist recommended to have my car towed into their shop yard. I called the next day, and while Center Auto Body suggested I could have it towed to a shop of a national chain that was closer to me, I know by experience that getting a suggestion of a specific place from a local officer is usually the best choice around and I was right. Center Auto Body doesn't usually do just an alignment (they are a body shop first and foremost), but they were willing to call around and get the right part for my car ordered, and I got my car back in excellent shape with minimal fuss and maximum care in a shorter amount of time than I expected. The added recommendation that the front tires should be replaced (I was aware but a reminder never hurts) sealed their fate as being an A+ place in my eyes.
