    I called MEC Transport and Towi at 4:00p for a tow for my 328ix drive BMW. They told me 90 minutes, mind you they arrived after 7 PM. The tow arrives as hes attempting to put my vehicle on the flatbed, he puts orange pegs underneath my tires. As hes pulling my vehicle, the peg punctures my rubber flap underneath my front bumper and rips it. I tell the driver that he just damaged my vehicle and he said he did not do it and I told him that he did. We arrive at the BMW dealership and the driver decides to lower my vehicle down at a 360 angle facing down my entire front bumper is scraping on the ground. I tell him to stop because my car is being damaged and scraped on the ground., my paint is off. I have scratches and scrapes underneath my bumper. I told the driver you damaged my car and your scraping it on the ground he replies and said, what do you expect me to do??? I said not damage my vehicle? Thats what I expect you not to do. My rubber flap guard is ripped and has hold in it and I tried to report it to Marcelo the owner and have yet to her back from him. Another tow truck driver arrived at the scene to help out so my car doesnt get more damage it took them about another two hours for them just to get my car car off the flatbed and into a parking space at the dealership for a total of five hours. They got my car in the parking space at 9:05 PM . This was the most awful Towing I have ever had in my life. Everything was terrible . The service was awful. The driver was unprofessional and inexperienced with dealing with a BMW luxury vehicle. I am now in the process of taking this to court to have them pay me for my damages to my vehicle. I have pictures and videos of everything that was done. I will never refer them to anyone!!!!!
