I had the pleasure of working with Chad Goldstein of Gold Key Realty for the second time. Chad originally helped us 8 years ago with the purchase our first home, a condo. We decided to sell the condo and purchase a single-family home. He listed the condo in early September and we were under contract in roughly 3 weeks, at above asking price for the sale of the condo and under asking price for the purchase of the single family home. Chad made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. He really listens and cares passionately about his job. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!
