If I could give lisa no stars I would. I was 7 months pregnant when we signed a contract with Lisa in august of 2020 for her to sell our house. We had 8 offers which she wrote down on notebook paper for us. We ended up taking the lowest offer because there was no home inspection and lisa told us our house would never appraise for the $23,000 more that the highest offer was and where they wanted a home inspection they would knock money off anyway. As time went on the house we were going to buy fell through (house was listed with wrong information and we chose to walk away) and lisa didnt offer to take us to look at other houses or send us MLS listings so we found another realtor to help us purchase. Lisa continued to assure us the sale was going through and on time until the very last minute when it fell through 5 or so days before our closing for our purchase we were left to scramble to purchase the new house without selling our old house. I will say we are grateful she let us out of our contract to sell with her (after telling us she wouldnt at first) but once we re-listed our house with our new realtor we had a few of the same offers come through again but this time we actually were given the offers with the beautiful letters that were addressed to us that lisa withheld. I dont know why she would withhold all of our letters. We can only speculate that she knew the buyers with the lowest no home inspection offer. Our house was just down the street from her house. Why else would she not show us any of the letters or the official offers. She literally showed us a piece of lined paper with the numbers and names written on it. I know now that is not the way its done. We should have received the official offers from each with the letters that were written to us. Also come to find out the buyers loan was not a strong loan which lisa assured us it was.

Great experience with Mike & Lisa! I had a condo that looked like it was going to be a quick sale. A few issues popped up during the inspection and Mike was right there to provide advice and help me resolve it. Great knowledge and attitude, I would definitely use them again.
